1. The connector is in an overloaded state for a long time. The range that the connector can carry is limited. If it is in an overloaded state for a long time, it will inevitably lead to various problems and shorten the service life of the connector. In particular, if the connector material does not match the inner and outer conductors of the cable, it will cause the connector to generate charge. The accumulated charge exceeds the connector's tolerance, which will inevitably lead to damage to the connector.
2. Insulation dampness. Generally, the environment for laying cables is relatively harsh. Most of them need to be buried underground or even underwater. Therefore, such places are inevitably very humid. If moisture enters the connector, it will cause the junction to be damp, resulting in a shortened service life of the connector.
3. Structure. The structure mentioned here mainly refers to the sealing structure of the joint, especially the end face sealing structure. The end face sealing often needs to grasp the flange or thread of the pipe fitting through claws, so that the port and the sealing ring are in precise contact, thereby achieving a good sealing condition. If the joint is poorly sealed during processing or installation, the service life of the joint will also be shortened.
