Introduction To Nylon Cable Ties
Nylon Cable Tie, as the name implies, it is a strap for tying things. Nylon cable ties are also called: cable ties, cable ties, cable ties, cable ties.
Nylon cable ties are divided into: self-locking nylon cable ties, label nylon cable ties, snap-on nylon cable ties, anti-tampering (lead seal) nylon cable ties, fixed head nylon cable ties, pin (aircraft head) nylon cable ties, bead hole nylon cable ties, fishbone nylon cable ties, weather-resistant nylon cable ties, etc.
Due to the particularity of the product (thin wall, relatively large product injection molding process), the mold, injection molding process and materials of nylon cable ties are quite particular. Generally, new manufacturers need a long process of exploration to produce qualified products. The design has a stop function (except for snap-on type), which can only be tied tighter and tighter, and there are also detachable cable ties (snap-on).
Nylon cable ties are made of UL approved nylon-66 (Nylon 66) injection molding, with a fireproof grade of 94V-2. They have good acid resistance, corrosion resistance, insulation, are not easy to age, and have strong bearing capacity. The operating temperature is -20℃ to +80℃ (ordinary nylon 66). They are widely used in electronics factories, bundling internal connecting wires of televisions, computers, etc., fixing the internal circuits of products such as lighting, motors, and electronic toys, fixing the oil pipelines of mechanical equipment, fixing the cable lines on ships, packaging bicycles or bundling other objects, and can also be used for bundling items such as agriculture, gardening, and handicrafts. This product has the characteristics of fast binding, good insulation, self-locking fastening, and easy use.
